Tel Aviv Rentals is a platform that aggregates and displays publicly available rental listings from various sources, including Facebook groups and other public forums. We provide a searchable interface to help users find rental accommodations in Tel Aviv.

Our Services include:

3. User Responsibilities

By using our Services, you agree to:

4.2 No Warranty

We make no representations or warranties about the accuracy, reliability, or availability of any listings. Users should independently verify all information before making any rental decisions or commitments.

4.3 Content Removal

We reserve the right to remove any content from our platform at our discretion, including but not limited to content that violates these Terms, infringes on intellectual property rights, or is reported as fraudulent or inappropriate.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement
• Warranties that the Services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free
• Warranties regarding the accuracy or reliability of any content or listings

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TEL AVIV SUBLETS AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND LICENSORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or use
• Loss of or damage to property
• Personal injury or emotional distress
• Costs of procurement of substitute services
• Any damages arising from rental agreements or disputes
• Any damages arising from fraudulent or inaccurate listings

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO LIABILITY, OR $100, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Tel Aviv Rentals and its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, and licensors from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to:

• Your use of the Services
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any rights of another party
• Any rental agreements or disputes you enter into based on listings found through our Services

8. Intellectual Property

The Services, including all content, features, and functionality (excluding third-party listings), are owned by Tel Aviv Rentals and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our Services without our prior written permission. Third-party listings remain the property of their respective owners.

9. Privacy

Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your information.

10. Third-Party Links and Services

Our Services may contain links to third-party websites or services, including the original sources of listings. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of service of any third-party sites. Your interactions with third parties are solely between you and the third party.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Violation of these Terms
• Fraudulent or illegal activity
• Requests by law enforcement or government agencies
• Discontinuation or material modification of the Services

Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including but not limited to disclaimers, limitations of liability, and indemnification provisions.

12. Dispute Resolution

12.1 Informal Resolution

12.2 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

13. Rental Transactions

IMPORTANT: Tel Aviv Rentals is not a party to any rental agreements or transactions between users and property owners/rentalters. We:

• Do not facilitate, mediate, or guarantee any rental transactions
• Do not handle payments or deposits
• Do not verify the identity of property owners or rentalters
• Do not inspect properties or verify their condition
• Are not responsible for any disputes, damages, or losses arising from rental agreements

Users are solely responsible for conducting their own due diligence, verifying information, and entering into rental agreements at their own risk.

14. Fraud Prevention

While we strive to provide a useful service, we cannot guarantee that all listings are legitimate. To protect yourself:

• Never send money to someone you haven't met in person
• Always view the property before making any payments
• Verify the identity of the property owner or authorized rentalter
• Be wary of deals that seem too good to be true
• Use secure payment methods and get receipts
• Report suspicious listings to us immediately

15. Changes to Services

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Services at any time without notice or liability. We may also impose limits on certain features or restrict access to parts or all of the Services without notice.

16. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. The invalid or unenforceable provision shall be replaced with a valid provision that most closely matches the intent of the original provision.

17. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Tel Aviv Rentals regarding the use of the Services and supersede any prior agreements.
