Rental on Sheinkin

Hey! Two rooms are opening up in our 3-roommate apartment in the heart of Tel Aviv (Sheinkin / King George). My roommates are leaving for happy reasons 🙂 It’s a few minutes’ walk from the Shuk, Dizengoff and the beach. This isn’t a sublet. It’s a year-long lease, and the landlords are great. Rent is ₪3,845 for the big room and ₪3,618 for the smaller room, which is also the mamad. Plus standard bills.
