Rental in Old North

*For exchange only, do not contact unless for the purpose of exchange* After a year and a half in our amazing apartment, we are looking to expand. We are offering a quiet, rear ground floor apartment with 2 rooms in the Old North, perfectly divided 40 sqm, so it actually feels larger, with a shelter in the building, a sweet apartment owner, and lovely neighbors, at a once-in-a-lifetime price - 5,150 NIS🥰 We are looking to exchange for a 3-room apartment, minimum 60 sqm, preferably in the Old North but open to hearing about other relevant offers, up to 7,500 NIS that allows pets.
