Rental on Aharonovich

Apartment for exchange only! Offering an apartment for exchange 🙂 A sweet, large, and spacious apartment! 3 rooms, a closed balcony, and access to a yard (ground floor) in a well-maintained building with a code entry. The apartment is in a perfect area, Aharonovich Street right by Dizengoff Square. Rent is 6000 NIS. In the neighboring building, there are ongoing Tama 38 works (reinforcement and addition), they have finished the excavation stage but there is still noise that disturbs us as students studying from home, so the apartment is very suitable for someone who works in the mornings! We are looking in return for a 2.5-3 room apartment, 1st floor and above, bright and spacious, and most importantly not next to construction 🙃 Old North up to Shankin Up to 7500, flexible for apartments that are worth it 🙏🏼
