Rental on Rabin Square

✨ Clearing out my room ✨ Hey, I'm clearing out my room in Rabin Square in a 4-room apartment 🫶🏼 So what's the deal? * The apartment is a 4-room apartment without a living room. * There is a huge covered balcony for the room. * There is a workspace in the room. * Two female roommates and one male roommate, the best people in the world. * Move-in date is 15/11, with a contract with the landlord (they are replacing me in the contract). * Selling part of the furniture as a condition for moving in at a fair price :) * Standard bills around 500 NIS per month. Relevant for women only, preference for those over 27 (not my decision, Don’t kill the messenger 😅) I can also send a video in private.
